WHERE DO WE SHIP?
Fenia Collection ships to any street address in the contiguous United States, the District of Columbia, Hawaii* and Alaska*. We ship most orders via United States Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or any of the U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico.
*Fenia Collection charges an additional fee ($12.00) for packages shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
*We do not currently ship internationally.
ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday thru Friday). Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day. All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours for in stock merchandise but we make every effort to ship within 24 hours of order placement. USPS Priority Service delivery for orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii require 3-4 additional business days. Signatures are required for the receipt of all goods.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
We are unable to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undeliverable packages will be automatically restocked and refunded, minus shipping costs and a 15% service fee. To re-order with a new address, you may place a new order online or contact is at

Your order may arrive in multiple packages.
SALES TAX
Fenia Collection is obligated to collect sales tax on orders to Washington addresses.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are currently unable to offer shipping to multiple addresses. We suggest you place separate orders.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has not been processed for fulfillment, we can honor the request and refund the payment in full.
Orders cancelled after processing may be subject to restocking fees (10%) In the event that you cancel your order after it has shipped, you may return it for a refund minus the cost of return shipping. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations. We will refund you for the product cost minus the shipping.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event your orders arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours pf delivery to facilitate an exchange. You will need to email us with photos of the damaged merchandise during that time.
If anything is missing from your order please contact us at service@feniacollection.com so that we can send you a replacement. In the event an exchange cannot be made, we will offer a substitute or refund.
ADVANCED SALE ITEMS
Pre-Order items are products that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on Fenia Collection. A pre-order item you order is shipped to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your Pre-Order item isa email. Your method of payment will not be charged fr an item until it is shipped to you. Expected Shipment Date is indicated on our our Product Detail page.

In the event your Fenia Collection selection does not work as expected, you may return it within 20 days of its delivery. In order to return the item, please contact Customer Care at customer care@feniacollection.com to get authorization. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Merchandise needs to be on its way to us within 20 days of delivery in new and unused state, in perfect condition with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable) and in its original packaging as when it was received. Fenia Collection will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. You will be refunded the total purchase price. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment.
Private Sale items: Please note that not all products qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee. Occasionally some products will be offered at “Private Inside Sales” discounts. Private sale is Final Sale. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on Private Sale items, nor price adjustments on previous purchases. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@feniacollection.com and provide reasons for the return/exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs (is applicable) are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
